DHL is a Next working days service to UK Mainland only - They DO NOT deliver on weekends so a item sent on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. Order by 12pm For same day dispatch
POND Kits and ROOF Kits - These kits require bespoke and specific Booked couriers with multiple boxes and containers. Whilst we aim to rapidly dispatch Pond and Roof kit orders ASAP , we are unable to offer the same day 3pm same day dispatch .
It is not FREE Shipping for these kits. Shipping is based on weight and number of required boxes and containers.
For same day dispatch, orders must be received by 15:00 . Next working day delivery is not guaranteed.
Items sent next working day on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday (or the next available working day after Bank Holidays).

We are unable to use Royal Mail for some fibreglass options - the box length EXCEEDS Royal Mail dimensions , they will be sent using an alternative carrier and may take longer
Larger kits such as Pond kits and Fibreglass Roof kits require 1 day processing, we will do our best to dispatch swiftly but they are with a different courier requiring a booked collection.

This service is strictly for collection only from our warehouse ( SN5 4EG ). Collection times are weekdays Monday to Thursday 0900 to 1500, Fridays 0900 to 1400 excluding weekends and Bank holidays.
