We have a NO quibble return policy up to 31 days from date of purchase. Changed your mind or ordered by mistake- No problem , send it back for a refund. We suggest using parcel2go.com or an Evri parcelshop for returning items which offers better value than a traditional walk in Post Office. Return carriage costs need to be met by customer. If an item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch first as there is usually an alternative solution rather than return.
Delivery
Most small and medium sized Items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 - There is a limitation on size and weight up to 6kg . We dispatch on same day up to 3pm
This can affect rolls of fibreglass and larger and heavier items which will be sent with alternative couriers to Royal Mail.
