This CLEAR topcoat is mainly used for Marine applications but has whole host of other uses .  Unlike some products,it is not a re-blended resin ,this is a first blend product and comes with LLOYDS approval for marine craft use, This also means it has to pass quality checks for consistency . It is mixed with the supplied catalyst at 2% . 

The clear version of topcoat can be pigmented with suitable " POLYESTER " pigmnet paste.  The pigment is added by weight at a 5 - 10 % mix ratio.  Stronger colours like black tend to only need 5% colour mix whereas light colours tend to need 10% mix.

Using Guidelines :
The Top Coat should be allowed to attain workshop temperature (18ºC-20°C) before use. Stir well by hand, or with a low shear mixer to avoid aeration. It only requires  the addition of catalyst to start the curing reaction. The  catalyst should be added at 2% into the Top coat. The catalyst should be thoroughly incorporated into the TOPCOAT, with the stirring stick.
