This topcoat is a Polyester resin product designed to be a final coat that provides Waterproofing and UV protection. It is optimised to be used over a fibreglass construction .

Available in BLACK, BRITISH RACING GREEN and LIGHT BLUE sold in various pack sizes.

The Topcoat is still a resin product and needs to be mixed accurately with the supplied MEKP hardener. Accurate mixing is essential for a successful outcome. Mix ratio is 2%, it is advised to WEIGH the scales ( DO NOT GUESS THIS ).  For every 100g of topcoat add 2ml of hardener or 20ml of hardener for every 1kg of topcoat.

Topcoat already has wax added so no need to add more, it will cure TOUCH DRY. It is not suited for moulding ( choose gelcoat ) 

Working time is directly dependent on amount mixed and ambient temperatures- Expect 10 to 15 minutes on a mild day ( 15 deg C ) . This working time can rapidly reduce for large quantities and on hot days. Do not use in direct sunlight over 25 deg C as the working time will be barely minutes.

Coverage - 500-600g Per SQ M - This is an approximate guide dependent on how liberally its applied.

Shelf Life - 4 months - Store out of sunlight in a cool place
